Q&A With Mackenzie

In your opinion, how does therapy work?

We are social beings, so healing often happens in connection with the self and trusted others. Therapy is a container for developing this connection and self-exploration. It is an opportunity to rewrite your narrative to reflect your true needs and goals.

I love getting to walk alongside my clients as they peel back the layers of their experiences to explore their core needs and evolve into confident, empowered, and joyful versions of themselves.

I love learning and am a student of life! Some of my favorite avenues for learning include books, travel, podcasts, and learning from the most impactful teachers of all: my kids.
